Welcome to Salts Healthcare's Online Ordering Service
Within this system you can order samples of our ostomy products, or place your prescription order online. If you wish, you can order sample products at the same time as placing a prescription order.
Samples:
- You do not have to be a registered Medilink patient to order samples.
- To use the samples ordering service all you need to do is register with us by providing your email address and security details - click 'register' to begin.
Prescription ordering:
- To use the full online ordering service you will need to be a registered Medilink patient (call our Freephone number 0800 626388 to register).
- To begin ordering online follow the steps below:
- Call Freephone 0800 626388 and inform a member of the Customer Care Team that you wish to place your orders online - they will then enable your account.
- They will provide you with a login ID and password, which you can use to login to the system
- Follow the simple instructions to place your order
- Ask your GP for the prescription, sign the back and post it to us in the FREEPOST envelope provided.
The system is designed to be quick and easy to use, with photographs of each product within the sample section, so you can see if the product looks suitable for your requirements.
Simply click on the sample descriptions at the top of the page (example:- Second Nature 2-Piece Samples) to select which sample products you want to order and then proceed to checkout.
Important:
- If you have already registered to order samples online you will need to call our Freephone number 0800 626388 and advise them that you wish to place your prescription orders online - they will then enable your account.
- If you are already a registered Patient then you will need to login to see the products that have been set-up for you or previously ordered.
